Los Cuernos Ranch is seeking a creative and highly talented Chef to join our team. This Chef will be responsible for preparing meals and coordinating events, along with attending to guests. Responsibilities: + Prepare meal plans and meals. + Clean up after meals and events. + Event planning for clients and guests. + Shop for groceries and other kitchen essentials. + Prepare kitchen staff schedules. + Run errands upon request. + Must demonstrate positive corporate citizenship and the Rush Driving Principles. + Ability to multitask under pressure. + Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Strive for harmony and teamwork with the department and with all other + Maintain a professional appearance and conduct that favorably represents the + Maintain safe work environment. Basic Qualifications + High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Culinary education preferred. + The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. It is required that the individual is accurate with good time management and organizational skills. + Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
