Support Card Productions and Customer Services by composing, simulating personalization or design artwork according to specifications and also to ensure the ability to meet local production capabilities to achieve company targets
Administrate the artwork creation workflow from Preflight to Proofing to sample card production through to pre-press and plate making.
Responsibilities :
• Manage Studio’s portion on PDM including creating new customer product, input color and card information and other various task. Upload all working file and download self generated PDF for customer approval.
• Interact intensively with local and non-local Customer Service or Customer to clarify artwork definitions, type of finishing and personalization before executing the artwork.
• Provide professional design and discuss design concept with customer, including effects and new techno
• To tweak and follow customer’s color sample
• Prepre Epson proof for customer’s approval and arrange courier service for non-local customers.
• Prepare color separation and digital paper proof for Production and for daily NOC meeting to determine sequence printing and number of passes for each design.
• Analyse the colors between customer’s proof and Thales proof.
• The job holder shall at all times during the employment with the company, respect and comply with the Thales Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental & Security requirements during the performance of his/her duties.

Requirements:
• University degree in a major related to packaging printing, design or printing materials science
• Strong Mac PC platform skill
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software
• Strong knowledge on Printing process, offset and silk screen
• Programming Knowledge
• Experience preferred of knowledge on packaging design, color separation and offset/Silkscreen printing
• Experience preferred of Prinergy, Preps, ESKO, Enfocus Pitstop, HDB Signa Station
• Experience preferred of familiarity with coding for automation or design optimization.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work well in pressurizing environment.
