About the Role: At Opella, we are looking for a talent and motivated Manufacturing & Supply Finance Partner who will be leading and managing our External Manufacturing sites. As a M&S Finance Partner - External Manufacturing, you'll be driving Opella's success and making a significant impact to our operations and industry as you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategies and initiatives that span across multiple continents. **Key Responsibilities:** + Support BA&C Implementation: Assist in the implementation of Business Analysis & Controlling for External Manufacturing Finance. + Process Standardization: Map current transversal processes to identify opportunities for standardization and simplification. + Performance Analysis: Perform monthly analysis of performance, comparing actuals against forecasts for all EM CHC Hubs. + Monthly Closing Activities: Manage monthly closing activities, including accruals review, expenditure reclassification, and detailed analysis. + Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory valuation, write-offs, and destruction approval workflows. + Budget and Forecast Support: Aid in the financial forecast elaboration and support data collection and consolidation. + Intercompany Contract Management: Monitor and support financial aspects of intercompany and third-party contracts. **Key Requirements:** + Minimum of 4 years in finance or controlling, with exposure to cost/management accounting. + Have a background working in Manufactauring or FMCG or similar industry experience + Have experience in leading, mentoring or managing team members + Demonstrate strong analytical mind, proactive, business-oriented, and demonstrated communication skills. + Have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, with preferred experience in Excel Power Query and Power BI. Familiarity with financial tools such as TM1 and SAP. + Have the ability to map processes and perform financial analysis. + Have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration. + Be fluent or professional capabilities speaking and written in English. + Demonstrate the ability to multi-task, organize, manage, and prioritize deadlines, with a continuous improvement mindset. **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
