In your hands. **JOB PURPOSE** + **Act as a full scale Deputy Customer Service associate managing 1-2 wholesaler customer partners.** + **Managing the Integrated Business Planning procedure: portfolio management, ensuring appropriate stock level, leading the cross-functional Demand Review, providing timely reporting activities.** **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** **Customer Service activities** (10-15%) + customer service related activity (order processing, confirmation, invoicing, returns and claim management, in special cases transport organization, daily monitoring of the partner financial flows) + continuous, reliable and positive cooperation with customers + communication to the customers **Stock Management related activities** (85-90%) + managing and leading the monthly cycles of the cross-functional IBP process (Portfolio Management, Supply Review, Demand Review, Integrated Reconciliation, preparation for Management Business Review) + monitoring of the production plans, delivery schedules, requesting modifications if needed + assuring appropriate connections and information flow towards the Supply Planning Hub, plants, distribution centers and other functions of the company + stock management (releasing, blocking, destruction, handling unique needs) + handling and maintenance of the logistics information systems and the relevant master data + logistics management of the procurement of finished goods from 3rd party suppliers + logistics management of repackaging and sampling activities + management of new product launches + weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting **EDUCATION BACKGROUND** + higher education in economics (specialization in logistics or commerce is a plus) + negotiation level English **TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES** + supply chain, logistics, stock management skills + experienced user level computer skills, MS Excel, Word, Power Point (SAP, Kinaxis – Rapid Response, MS Access is a plus) + accuracy, precision, thoroughness + good communication skills + good analytical skills + good organizational skills + good leading skills + system approach + self-confident way of working **BEHAVIORS COMPETENCIES** + **Customer oriented:** culture of customer satisfaction + **Cooperate transversally:** capacity to ensure an effective partnership with all business functions & stakeholders + **Act for change:** Motivate teams for change, develop and optimize business processes + **Strive for results:** Deliver on commitments with strong execution + **Good communication skills** **KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS** INSIDE THE COMPANY – daily strong co-operation with + Zone IBP Lead + Marketing, Trade and Trade & Revenue + Regulatory, Quality + Finance business partners + Supply Planning Hub + Statistical Forecasting Hub + Distribution centers + Production plants OUTSIDE THE COMPANY – contact person + wholesalers + logistics service provider companies (3PL) **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
