Key Job FunctionsPerform all prep as assigned by Pastry ChefProperly set up station according to guidelinesMaster assigned station and assist others as neededMonitor food qualityPrepare dishes according to guidelinesMaintain cooking technique and presentation standardsComplete special projects and deep cleaning as assigned by Pastry ChefReturn all items to their zoned locationsClean and Stock station before checking out with Pastry ChefProperly set up station according to guidelinesDeliver Passionate & Engaging Service to our GuestsYou will be passionate and truly engaged in taking care of our guests,  recognizing individual guests and anticipating their unique needs in order to exceed their expectationsYou will consistently deliver our GUEST model:Greet or welcome everyone, warmly with a smileUse eye and ear contact and guest’s nameEstablish/anticipate needsSolve and own all requests/complaintsThank everyoneBuild solid relationship with your Colleagues Treat colleagues with respect and dignityOther duties and responsibilities may be assigned. Qualifications and Skills

At least two years of previous pastry cook experience.A Culinary Pastry degree or related hotel experience preferred.Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate pastry cooking skillsTrack record of delivering exceptional guest or client experienceCommunication skills are utilized a significant amount of time for training and safety purposes, and when interacting with guests and associates.Strong communication skills

Pay Range

Pay Range $17.50 - $18.00/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and job-specific experience/overall experience.
