Role Profile Role is covering the Charging Team TechnicallyEnsure Charging systems KPIs are met via daily monitoring on the performance reports.Define needed monitoring controls to be able to monitor KPIs and provide the needed automation for quality improvement.Achieve KPI’s and share it  with management on a daily/weekly/monthly basisResponsible rolling out all the Upgrades and packages applied on the Charging System and the organizing the roll out plans with the different projects managersAssess the charging system capacity reports and set actions for performance improvement.Attends different technical forums & meetings inside and outside technology which aim to improve the charging services quality.Who you are

Business Management

Define the needed controls for effective monitoring for Charging area KPIs.Ensuring that work is done according to VFE & Industry standards .Apply the company security policies and rules across the charging systems.Ensure work flow effectiveness to enhance internal/external customer’s experience.Ensure full alignment of the OLA & SLA with the internal or external parties.

Operations

Ensure and apply proper monitoring to Charging area KPIs on a daily basisSetting the daily Healthchecks/Preventive maintenance to all Charging nodesReview the daily backup reports and take preventive actions for failed backup to all Charging nodesProper reporting on KPIs on a Daily/weekly/monthly basisInitiate Charging systems technical problems report daily/weekly and ensure best services quality and availability for VFE customersTake all reasonable measures to ensure the quality of the operational activities.Ensure procedures and policies implementation for all operational activities.

 

Tasks organization/Team developmentHandle cross functional activities for KPI’s enhancements.

Budget ( Cost / Revenue)

Provide the technical aspects and aligning with the team Manager/expert for system Capacity expansions during the financial submissions: CAPEX, OPEX and DB. 

Communication

Issue detailed weekly/monthly performance and technical reports to charging manager and the charging expert and align with the different development teams to provide solutions for enhancements.

Customer Satisfaction

Monitoring and enhancing team’s Technical KPIs to enrich the customer's experience.Monitor customer complaints and propose solutions or workarounds to isolate the customers experience.Ensure minimum cases violation for platinum and premium subscribers.

Enhancements

Ensuring that work is done according to VFE & Industry standards.Ensure running the business in conformance with company security policies

What's in it for you Education: University Graduate, BSc of Engineering in Telecommunications or Computer science.                                                                    Work Experience:A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecom/IT.Experience in 1st & 2nd line support in Network operations or IT Dept’s.PC Knowledge:Experience as a user of Microsoft operating systemsGood knowledge of Microsoft office, MS Projects and Visio is a plus. Technical skills:UNIX & DB administration.Programming and shell scriptingGSM overall and IT experience is mandatory.Full Knowledge of charging and VAS services
