Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team Self-Scheduling that helps with work/life balance as well as opportunities for educational and career growth **Here’s What You Need** · Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or · Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or · Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred · 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Required · 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Preferred               **_   1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred_** 1 year of charge or relief charge experience or other leadership experience is preferred · RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And STABLE upon hire is preferred · BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And · NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And · NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days Required Skills A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment. **What You Will Do** The Charge Nurse role will communicate and collaborate with all members of the health care team.
