Join our dynamic Charge Processing Department and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely charge entry for clinical services. You’ll work closely with billing teams, physicians, and other departments to process charges, verify insurance authorizations, and apply coding best practices—all while maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

What You’ll Do:

Accurately enter and balance daily charges using the Epic system Apply CPT modifiers and ensure coding aligns with payer-specific rules Verify patient and service details to ensure correct billing Attach managed care authorizations and handle referrals Collaborate with billing teams to resolve charge or insurance issues Maintain documentation and support compliance with Medicare and other payer guidelines
