**Principales responsabilités** + Renseigner la data base réglementaire et assurer le dispatch des dossiers réglementaires auprès de la filiale + Renseigner la data base avec les dates de soumission des dossiers et approbation des autorités + Assurer le suivi auprès de la filiale pour la soumission des dossiers et le retour des autorités. + Assurer la coordination avec le Regulatory site officer du sous-traitant. + Rédaction de procédures et instructions liées à l’activité de production dans l’atelier « APS » avec les flux entrant et sortant, scope Qualité / Production + Réalisation de la readiness process de l’atelier de production + Initiation et traitement des déviations, + Suivi des plans d’actions issus de la readiness process de l’atelier APS , + Préparation de reporting d’activité. + Implémentation des outils électroniques pour la gestion de la Qualité (logiciels, application). **Niveau d'éducation** · Formation scientifique, (Pharmacien, Ingénieur, master en Qualité ). **Expérience requise** · 2 ans minimum en Management de la Qualité. **Connaissances demandées** · Bonne connaissance des BPF, réglementation, - Procédés de fabrication et de conditionnement, · Assurance Qualité en Industrie pharmaceutique, · Connaissances réglementaires **Compétences techniques** · Capacité à rédiger des documents (SOP, Protocole, Rapport...) · Sens d’analyse / investigation · Sens de l’organisation · Bonne maîtrise de l'informatique (logiciel, Excel, PowerPoint) · Bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (écrit et parlé) **Compétence générale** · Capacité à apprendre rapidement et développer une autonomie · Capacité à communiquer de manière efficace et efficiente avec d'autres fonctions. · Capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs priorités simultanément **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
