What you’ll do:
Provide compassionate, transformative Spiritual Care experiences to patients, families, and staff
Respect and support the diverse spiritual, religious, and cultural needs of those we serve
Assess spiritual distress and deliver timely, professional interventions and referrals
Document assessments and care plans in the electronic medical record
Serve as a vital member of the inter-professional healthcare team, integrating spiritual support into patient care
Collaborate with faith leaders and clergy from local communities as appropriate
Facilitate prayer, meditation, and worship opportunities across all faiths
Promote spiritual wellness among colleagues through education and workplace spirituality programs

What you’ll need for this job:
Master’s degree in Theology, Religion, or Spirituality (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years of spiritual care experience with CPE training
Board Certification (BCC) preferred via APC, CASC, NACC, or NAJC
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to support patients and staff through crisis, grief, and significant life events

Compensation:
Pay Range: $23.18 - $35.92 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
