The Channels and Engagement Lead is a key member of our Employer Brand Marketing Team, responsible for owning the candidate engagement strategy across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), review sites (Glassdoor), and job boards. This role is essential in driving the promotion of our Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand: #MakeHistory. Based in Manila, this position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with team members across global locations, such as Jakarta, Krakow, and London.

 

 

What You'll Do:

 

Create and Execute Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement candidate marketing strategies using a Paid, Organic, and Earned (POE) model to drive candidate growth across all touchpoints, including social, online, offline media, and web.Support Integrated Marketing Plans: Collaborate with the Recruitment Marketing and Early Careers teams to develop and deliver integrated marketing plans and campaigns that enhance awareness, engagement, attraction, and conversion.Personalized Engagement Strategies: Work with Global Talent Sourcing, Recruitment Marketing, and Recruiters to develop personalized candidate engagement strategies through PhenomPeople.Global Content Calendar: Partner with the Visual Content Sr. Specialist to develop our global content calendar, ensuring consistent brand presence across external and internal channels both online and offline.Track and Optimize KPIs: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employer brand perception, including social media engagement, website traffic, and applicant quality. Collaborate with the Talent Analytics & Insights Lead to evaluate marketing effectiveness and implement data-driven optimization strategies.Budget Allocation: Serve as a subject matter expert on efficiently allocating channel marketing budgets and directing resources to initiatives and campaigns that yield the highest results and ROI.Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns across various ad platforms, such as SEM, social media, display advertising, and programmatic buys.Content Scheduling: Manage posting calendars and content scheduling across corporate channels using Sprinklr (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), Glassdoor, and Dsmn8 to ensure consistent brand messaging.Marketing Collateral: Work closely with the Content Creative Specialist to create and optimize marketing collateral and resources tailored to specific channel needs and performance metrics.Channel Standardization: Offer guidance on the usage of internal and external channels, ensuring standardization and adherence to the brand across all efforts.Industry Insights: Leverage insights from agency partners on research provided to understand target audience preferences and analyze the competitive landscape. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employer branding and digital marketing.Consistency Across Initiatives: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency of employer brand activities across other PMI initiatives.

 

 

What You Need to Have:

 

Experience: 10+ years of experience in advertising or digital marketing.  Proven experience managing and optimizing POE campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Sprinklr, and other digital platforms.Education: A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, CRO techniques, and other digital marketing strategies. Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or related fields are preferred.Analytical Skills: Ability to utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.Project Management: Ability to lead, structure, and prioritize multiple projects effectively.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging with cross-functional teams.Relationship Management: Comfortable managing relationships with internal and external partners and media agencies.Collaborative Environment: Comfortable working in a collaborative, matrixed global working environment where individual performance goals are established.Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

 

Work Schedule and Location:

 

Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 3 days on-site in a midshift schedule.Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office.
