Channel Team Lead, AMZL Hub Brazil
Description Managing regional operations and delivery performance. Oversees daily channel operations, including supply routes, HCP network, and delivery metrics. Works with Process Management teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost performance. Manages relationships with key stakeholders including DS teams and carriers. Key Deliverables: 1) Management of regional delivery operations and performance metrics, 2) Optimization of supply routes and HCP network efficiency, 3) Monthly business reviews of operational costs and efficiency metrics, 4) Development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives, 5) Management of carrier relationships and performance, 6) Coordination with DS teams for capacity planning and peak operations. Gearing Ratio: 1:1500. Benchmark: Based on MX Hub regional operations management ratio of 1:1500. Key job responsibilities - Regional Operations Management - Direct oversight of daily channel operations - Monitor and manage delivery performance metrics - Ensure compliance with operational standards - Lead capacity planning initiatives - Network Optimization - Evaluate and optimize supply routes - Manage HCP network efficiency - Implement process improvements - Drive cost optimization strategies - Stakeholder Management - Maintain carrier relationships and performance tracking - Coordinate with DS teams on operations planning - Lead monthly business reviews - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration - Performance & Analytics - Track and analyze operational KPIs - Monitor cost efficiency metrics - Prepare monthly performance reports - Manage regional operations ratio of 1:1500 - Strategic Planning - Develop operational improvement initiatives - Lead peak operations planning - Create contingency plans for operational challenges - Identify opportunities for network expansion - Resource Management - Oversee supply chain logistics - Coordinate carrier resources - Manage operational budgets - Optimize resource allocation Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Experience managing teams - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience delivering cross functional projects - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Advanced English skills Preferred Qualifications - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience in data mining, data management, reporting, and SQL queries Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
