What will you do?• Control de inventario, verificando la correcta carga y distribución de inventario, tarifas y restricciones.
• Gestión de canales de distribución, online y offline:
Supervisar y actualizar los contenidos en canales como Booking, Expedia, Hotelbeds, etc.Asegurar la paridad de tarifas, disponibilidad y condiciones en todos los canales.• Optimización de la conectividad: monitorizando y solucionando incidencias técnicas relacionadas con el channel manager (Synxis).
• Mantenimiento y auditoría de tarifas, restricciones, políticas de cancelación, de garantía, reléase, etc. en el channel manager.
• Soporte al equipo de Revenue Management:
Apoyar en la implementación de estrategias de precios y promociones en los distintos canales.Garantizar que las estrategias tarifarias se reflejen correctamente en todas las plataformas.• Uso de las distintas herramientas de gestión: Synxis, Pick up Tracking, PowerBI, Beonx, etc.
• Analizar de forma periódica los resultados obtenidos en las distintas campañas o promociones puestas en marcha.
• Gestión y cumplimentación de RFPs.
• Velar por el contenido en canales terceros y canal propio.
• Inversión en ads y seguimiento del retorno.
• Alta y configuración de nuevos canales.
• Proponer y sugerir mejoras para una correcta distribución.
• Participación en proyectos de mejora tecnológica.
• Velar por la correcta aplicación de las políticas de ventas establecidas en Barceló Hotel Group.
What are we looking for?• Formación en Turismo, Hotelería o Administración de empresas • Experiencia previa de 1 año en un puesto similar. • Ser organizado/a, meticuloso/a y analítico/a. • Tener capacidad para proponer y tomar decisiones. • Aptitud para trabajar bajo presión y con objetivos de venta. • Perfil orientado al Revenue Management. • Conocimiento de la gestión y optimización de RRSS, especialmente de los portales de opinión. • Polivalencia funcional y capacidad de adaptarse a los cambios internos y externos. • Dominio de español e inglés.Your benefits:*You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible, collaborative, and responsible work environment, surrounded by the best colleagues.
