EL Sales Support Special.-Sales Process
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined channel sales strategy in Smart Building in an effective manner to improve ABB’s market penetration and achieve its growth aspirations in the assigned channel. Each day, you will execute channel sales strategies and initiatives within the assigned market, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for the assigned channel, in a profitable way with a focus on orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the sales customer base growth for the assigned channel.

This role is contributing to the ELECTRIFICATION team and stakeholders.
You will be mainly accountable for:
Implements the agreed channel sales strategy and onboarding of 3rd party channels. Contributes to the identification of appropriate channels and targets. Provides channel strategy input for the sales team and helps to harmonize the market sales and marketing plans. Work together with onboarding teammates & business team to onboard third-party channels identifying and mitigating risk. (TPM / MSAs).
Identifies and onboards channel partners following the TPM criteria working closely with the business teams. Collaborates with Sales Responsible (SR) and Channel Partner to execute those activities that require channel partner participation.
Implements the planned communication to those involved in the onboarding activities.
Educate business on process evolution and continue to seek cycle time improvements. Supports in driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers and other decision makers.
Qualifications for the role:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineer
4+ years of experience in channel management or sales with experience in the ELECTRICAL industry.
Communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools and sales management systems.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
