Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to implement the defined Process Automation channel sales strategy in specified market scope in an effective manner to improve ABB’s market penetration and achieve its growth aspirations in the assigned channel. Each day, you will execute channel sales strate-gies and initiatives within the assigned market, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for the assigned channel, in a profitable way with a focus on orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a critical contributor to the sales customer base growth for the assigned channel. The work model for the role is HybridThis role is contributing to the Process Automation Channels in Colombia. You will be mainly accountable for:• Implementing the agreed channel sales strategy within the approved budget.• Creating offers and proposals for channel partners in line with broader sales offers and strategies.• Reporting the progress on channel strategies, plans, and budgets.• Conducting analyses on channel activity and taking ownership for solving any identified problems if they were to arise.
Qualifications for the roleAt least 5 years of experience in similar positions in Process Automation Professional experience in sales of Industrial Process Automation in process industries (Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemical, Petrochemical, Water, etc.) Academic background in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Control, Mechatronics. Advanced proficiency in English.
