About the Role
The Channel Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the oversight and for providing operational support to distribution channel/s to ensure smooth execution of the sales processes scoping in Logistics, Licensing and Information Management, Risk and ComplianceCoordinate with the Head of the Partnership Distribution Support to ensure that the Channel Services Delivery team goals are aligned with company / department objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plans, schedules, supervises and controls the activities of the section given changing department / corporate goals, work targets, performance standards and available resources.Monitors the effectiveness of existing work methods and procedures as well as policies and programs and recommends changes to improve efficiency or to address satisfying requirements objectives.Logistics and Facilities:
Ensures timely provision of sales force’s logistics requirement.Monitoring, maintenance and replenishment of branch furniture, fixtures and equipment.Oversee purchasing transactions to make certain its accordance to budget and company rules and regulations.Create and monitor accurate inventory system of supplies and sales tools.Licensing & Sales Information Management:
Creates system enhancements to ensure accurate sales reports such as BSE Database, Production Reports and similar reports.Updates and monitors changes in segments, branch assignments, heirarchy and other BSE movements.Ensure seamless processing and handling of BSE license applications.Monitors service level agreements with Licensing Unit of Insurance Commission.Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in in any CourseWith at least 3 to 5 years' experience in banking and insurance industryStrong problem solving & analytical skillsStrong business developmentStrong people skill, able to deal with both external and internal stakeholdersStrong leadership skillsBuild a career with us as we help our customers and the community live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
