Channel Sales Manager - Consumer Products and Retail (Indonesia)

Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager professional who will be responsible for our partner sales activities related to Consumer Products and Retail industry portfolios to join our sales team in Jakarta, Indonesia. This position is based in Jakarta and will be reporting to the Regional Channel Sales Director.

The potential candidate will need to have an excellent understanding of the channel sales aspects of software business and including a strong focus on building and leveraging relationships with our partners and selective end users representing Siemens PLM to senior levels of customers’ organization and bringing opportunities forward on a selective basis to enable timely and successful closure.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecast and manage channel and direct salesLead and manage channel partners to ensure partner quota achievementMeet individual sales objectives such as quota and productivity requirementsLead and co-sell key strategic customers with channel partnersCreate program and initiatives to lead the channel partners to enter key marketsHelp channel partners to close business dealsRecruit new channel partners and enable them with the help of the technical teamWork closely with channel partners to resolve conflicts (if any)Engage with channel partners and end users to maximize share of wallet within LAER practiceDrive policy matters and compliance with partners/customers
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering/Computing or equivalentAt least 10 years of sales experience with a proven track of sales record in enterprise systemSelling (ERP/CRM) in CP&R process industryExperience in direct sales is highly preferredDemonstrated ability to manage very complex software selling with proven ability in achievingTarget through a channel partner modelGood business acumen foresights in managing forecasts and targetsIT savvy and ability to multitasksDynamic with excellent leadership and high level of accountabilityExcellent presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to analyse issues and resolve conflictsAttention to details, thoroughness, and high level of accountabilityNegotiation and objection & conflicts handling skillsSelf-starter and ability to work well under pressure and self-motivatedWorking at Siemens Software
