**About the Team**
You will join the Nationals Sales team at Nutanix, a dedicated group of professionals focused on cultivating and nurturing relationships with top National partners across the United States. This team is passionate about driving mutual success and creating lasting partnerships, working collaboratively to strengthen Nutanix's market presence. You will report to the Channel Sales Leader - Nationals, who is known for fostering an inclusive and empowering work environment that encourages team members to share ideas and take ownership of their projects. The position is primarily remote, providing flexibility for the team, but office visits are required as needed to facilitate collaboration and relationship building with partners.
This role will involve approximately 30% travel, allowing the Channel Sales Manager to engage with partners in person, strengthen relationships, and explore new business opportunities across the region.
**Your Role**
+ Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships with CDW to drive new sales opportunities and revenue growth.
+ Collaborate with various Nutanix teams to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
+ Plan and oversee channel activities, including forecasting and distribution of marketing collateral, to support sales efforts.
+ Conduct regular strategy sessions with channel partners and Nutanix leadership to align on objectives and performance metrics.
+ Establish and achieve short-term and long-term sales quotas while identifying necessary resources for success.
+ Manage and allocate Market Development Funds (MDF) effectively to support partner initiatives and revenue targets.
+ Utilize effective communication and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and partner engagement.
+ Develop a deep understanding of CDW's key contacts and Nutanix offerings to position the company as a preferred solution provider.
**What You Will Bring**
+ 5+ years of experience with managing CDW as a partner. (CDW healthcare preferred)
+ Proven ability to collaborate across sales, marketing, operations, engineering, and product development functions.
+ Strong communication skills, particularly with senior management regarding business challenges and solutions.
+ Ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with channel objectives.
+ Competence in managing budgets for partner enablement, marketing, and promotional activities.
+ Experience in cultivating and managing partner relationships to uncover new selling opportunities.
+ Knowledge of Nutanix’s products and competition, particularly in the healthcare segment.
+ Capacity to set and achieve sales goals, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
**Work Arrangement**
Remote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 175,200 and USD $ 262,800 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
