What you’ll do:The role will be responsible for developing and managing a robust network of channel partners across designated regions. This role focuses on driving sales growth, expanding market coverage, and enhancing brand visibility through strategic channel development.
1. Lead channel team to achieve sales target in profit plan and meet sales growth
2. Develop the growth initiatives, identify business priorities, risks and opportunities to ensure a solid sales results.
3. Build and develop sales team competency along with the business growth
4. Build strong distribution networks and manage the relationship with distributors and end customers, to develop long term partnership with key distributors and customers, to enable distributors. Work closely with channel management team on the channel policy execution.
5. Promote new products and achieve new products sales target through channel partners; develop key industry customers
6. Work with commercial marketing to establish the growth strategy and sales direction for the territory. Provide the marketing promotion requirements and drive the territory events.
7. Collect, analyze and regularly share the market and competitors information, news and trends with Santak sales team.
Bachelor degree and above, major in electrical engineering or relevant field is prefer.
At least 10 years channel sales experience in electrical field;at least 5 years team management experience.
Good understanding of Power Quality (UPS) industry.
Good business acumen and can find good business opportunity;
Strong interpersonal and communication skill, good teamwork spirit, self-motive, goal-oriented and energetic;
Willing to work hard and face challenge;
Good Leadership skills.
