**What you’ll do:**
+ Promote Eaton products to different segments & customers through existing channel partners.
+ Assist the channel sales team to achieve sales targets and complete related reports.
+ Cultivate UPS product line channel management philosophy according to segments and sales area.
+ In charge of the UPS channel sales and more than 3 years channel sales experience in Taiwan market.
+ Identify and fulfill customer needs and create business opportunities.
+ Focus on pipelines management & product spec in experience on tender bases.
+ Deep dive with customer relationship to propose solution and budget to fit customer requirement.
+ Strategy setting to approach possible selling opportunities in Three-phase power product solution in Taiwan market.
+ Organize thorough and detailed product presentation and conduct professional presentation at business occasions.
+ Responsible for quotation content and shipment delivery schedule communication.
+ Assist in organizing marketing events to stimulate business volume and market share.
+ Continue to grow with the company's development direction and undertake new sales tasks.
**Qualifications:**
+ Graduated from university majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering or information technology
+ Sales experience at least 5-8 years is preferred
+ Experience in Electrical engineering or Datacenter planning is preferred
+ Experience in project management and channel management
+ With higher EQ handling customer complaint and relationship
+ Good communication skills to negotiate pricing with partners & customers
+ Leadership and new business development skills
+ Good skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel...)
+ Familiar with English & Taiwanese communication skills
+ Passionate, sense of responsibility and high learning ability
