**What is the job about?**
As our new Channel Program Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and asses execution of our global channel partner marketing strategy. You’ll design scalable initiatives that drive demand, enhance partner engagement, and support their success across regions and markets.
You’ll be part of the Global Marketing Excellence team in the Industry division, working closely with global and regional marketing, sales, product management, and external partners to deliver marketing excellence that builds loyalty and drives pipeline growth.

**Your main responsibilities:**
+ Define and own the annual marketing strategy and roadmap for channel partners
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and regional teams
+ Lead creation and rollout of scalable partner enablement assets, toolkits and MDF's
+ Ensure consistent and impactful partner communication, foster collaboration with partner to enhance brand visibility
+ Track performance, gather insights, and optimize programs based on feedback
+ Introduce new initiatives and pilots to continuously improve partner experience
**Your background**
We imagine that you have:
+ 8–10 years of experience in global partner marketing
+ Proven success in developing and managing channel partner programs
+ Strong project and stakeholder management skills
+ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market and customer data
+ A structured, detail-oriented approach and a proactive mindset
+ Excellent collaboration and communication skills
+ A passion for product marketing and a drive to make things happen
+ Curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt as you go
