The Channel Partner Manager - Middle East & Africa, plays a critical role in driving sales and customer satisfaction across the Middle East and Africa by developing and managing a strong network of channel partners. This position supports both regions with existing partnerships and those where Molecular Devices currently has no distribution presence. The role involves close collaboration across the organization to foster and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

This position reports to the Senior Manager Western Markets Distribution and is part of the global sales organization. The region of responsibility is Middle East and Africa and will be fully remote, based in the United Kingdom, and with travel to the region.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Champion the full innovative solutions portfolio from Molecular Devices to deliver high-impact solutions that best address each customer’s critical business needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including operations, marketing, order management, technical support, and service to ensure a positive customer experience. This includes aligning internal processes, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining open communication channels to meet customer expectations and drive satisfaction.

Lead commercial growth across distribution regions by driving strategic partner management, delivering impactful training programs, and fostering collaboration to empower channel partners and achieve sustained business success.

Engage directly with customers, fostering trust and understanding to deliver solutions aligned with their research goals.

Make a meaningful impact by enabling customers to achieve success in their pursuit of scientific discovery.

The essential requirements of the job include:

A proven background in channel partner management, applications support, business development, or technical sales in the life sciences industry.

Aptitude for self-directed learning with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Advanced degree or bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience in biological sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related field.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Willing to travel internationally overnight up to 50% to customer sites, channel partner locations, or Molecular Devices global offices and meetings to drive business success and strengthen relationships.  

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Multimode Microplate Reader applications.

Experience with Molecular Devices Solutions preferred.

Working in multicultural or international environments across various time zones.
