The primary purpose of the Channel Marketing & Program Manager is to support the channel and alliances sales team(s) in gaining market segment share, generating sales and growth by creating loyal, self-sustaining, valuable marketing programs to our APC by Schneider Electric solutions.
Responsible for Annual Strategy & Quarterly guidance, effective executions of marketing, partner programs & enablement, in alignment of Channel Sales strategyo Marketing to & thru partners
o Collaborate with Strategic Marketing for Pull & Push Activities
o Collaborate and develop Content creation for channel marketing activities
Responsible for Partner program success, including deployment and tailoring of program aspect to country needso Define, refine partner profiles for growth initiatives
o Recruit, retain and develop partners aligning to Channel growth requirements (incl future proofing partners in their skillsets & knowledge)
o Develop, manage and deploy training agenda &calendar for & with partners
