Key Duties and Responsibilities:Achieve forecasted sales goals for the territory while maintaining acceptable price levels and mitigating undue risks.Drive direct sales and collaborate with representatives and distributors to improve long-term business results and relationships.Meet customer requirements by being responsive, cost-aware, and schedule-conscious. Maintain and develop an outstanding knowledge of our products and their applications.Develop and support partnerships with key account clients within the assigned territory.Manage time, activities, and expenses to optimize efficiency and minimize business costs.Coordinate sales activities with home office and company marketing efforts within the assigned territory.Provide weekly forecasts, monthly business reviews (MBRs), and quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Gather marketing intelligence and information for supervisors and other company personnel.Apply SalesForce daily by updating notes, customer information, and managing the opportunity pipeline.Map the target market in the region to build opportunities that exceed sales goals and objectives.Support, coordinate, and complete sales campaigns.Assist with the creation of sales and marketing materials.Network with key accounts and strategic customers.Create demand and advise end users on building accurate specifications for public bids following local laws and regulations.Work closely with the public bid team to ensure compliance in all tenders.Develop specific account management strategies to enhance dedication and improve long-term outcomes.Involve application specialists or product marketing resources in the pre-sales process to secure the right solution for customer expectations.Ensure clean order processes in cooperation with customer service, sales operations, engineering, and finance teams.Adhere to commercial policies, including pricing discount matrix, standard terms and conditions, and compliance policies.Support the finance team on collecting payments when required.Build quotes and proposals for customers and provide timely follow-up.Stay updated on current and future regulations and laws impacting product demand.Education & Knowledge:
BS/BA Degree (Engineer and chemist Preferred)Sales/management TrainingCompletely Fluent in English and SpanishPC literacy including MS Office, Outlook, SalesForce or other sales contact management systems.Key Competencies:
