ITW Electronics Assembly Equipment (EAE) Division is made up of four brands strongly recognized by Contract Manufacturers and OEMs in the Electronics and Industrial Markets. The Division designs, develops, manufactures, and markets capital equipment primarily used in the assembly process of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and other industrial applications. ITW EAE is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a remote US based role and is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and revenue through channel partners across multiple countries in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in channel management, strong business acumen, and a passion for building successful partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities
▪ Develop and execute channel partner strategies to drive revenue growth.
▪ Foster a culture of accountability and performance among all channel partners.
▪ Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure optimal product representation.
▪ Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with and through channel partners.
▪ Provide product training and ongoing support to enable partner sales success.
▪ Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans as needed.
▪ Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
▪ Serve as the internal advocate for channel partners, providing feedback on pricing, product needs, and market conditions.
▪ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to launch new products through partner networks.
▪ Negotiate, manage, and renew partner contracts and agreements.
▪ Identify, evaluate, and onboard new channel partners as needed.
▪ Ensure partner compliance with company policies, branding guidelines, and sales practices.

Qualifications
▪ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
▪ 5–10 years of experience managing heavy industrial channel partners, with responsibility for $8–15 million in annual sales.
▪ Demonstrated success in growing and managing channel partnerships.
▪ Strong understanding of industrial markets and channel distribution models.
▪ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
▪ Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
▪ Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines independently.
▪ Proficiency with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
▪ Fluency in Spanish preferred.
▪ Advanced negotiation and contract management skills.
▪ Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time for partner engagement and events.

Compensation Information:

The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. The range for this position is :$90,000 - $135,000 (annually).
