Your ability to support the onboarding and offboarding of channel partners will be crucial. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain positive relationships with channel partners and internal divisions. + Access all divisions' channels, providing an overall score and ensuring seamless operations. + Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for channel partners. + Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners, providing constructive feedback and mentorship. + Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies. + Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the channel network. + Successfully implement strategies to improve channel performance and drive sales growth. **Qualifications** + Proven experience in channel management or a related field. + Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. + Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities. + Ability to strictly adhere to company policies and procedures. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. + Ambitious and driven, with a determination to succeed in a competitive market. + Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
