The position:
As a Customer Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the management and execution of channel partner programs for Building Management Systems (BMS). Collaborating closely with sales teams and leadership, this role involves understanding channel partners and developing strategies to maximize revenue through effective partner measurement and program benefits. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will impact the company by developing channel programs that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. Your ability to understand customer needs, foster customer loyalty and deliver impactful channel partner programs will strengthen customer relationships and contribute to the overall success and profitability of the company.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Complete understanding of and ability to project manage channel partner programs.
· Support sellers to ensure program participants are adhering to supported program requirements, rules and guidelines.
· Build monthly scorecard and reporting for channel partner programs.
· Review channel partner programs and partner tiers annually and adjust strategies accordingly.
· Communicate, train and implement channel partner programs and new partner onboarding.
· Create and update partner program collateral.
· Access SAP, Salesforce.com, Tableau and other systems/applications retrieve data and create reports for channel analytics to support partner programs.
· Must have strong Excel skills and able to use pivot tables to analyze data
**YOU MUST HAVE**
· 3+ years of Marketing or channel experience
· 3+ years of data analysis experience

· Ability to analyze data using Tableau and exceptionally proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel & PPT.
