We are now looking for a committed **„Channel Excellence Leader (m/f/d) Industrial Automation** **”** to take responsibility for the execution and further development of the channel partner program in Europe - essentially contributing to the growth of our IA business. We offer a Home Office solution allowing remote work that can be performed from diverse countries in Europe with proximity to main Honeywell locations and relevant customer base. **Key Responsibilities** + Develop and represent a point of view on channel priorities,program competitiveness/attractivenessto regional partners and on opportunities to support regional commercial objectives through improvements in program structure and execution + Own thedelivery of the Channel Partner Programto the region/country channel partners + Ensure regional channel partner footprint isaligned to strategic plan and AOP objectives, including vertical and geographic coverage, andpropose changes if needed to ensure alignment + Drivecompetitive program analysisin partnership with regional commercial teams and suggest plus implement regional program improvements to continuepositioning HON as the preferred partner + Execute strategies tosupport channel growthKPIs, including growth in Marketing Development Funds (MDF) usage and ROI, partner engagement and retention metrics and rebate program design, in partnership with regional and line of business channel marketing teams + Generatechannel insights for the region/countries and represent it in monthly channel team reviews with functional and business leadership + Drive annualpartner tier alignment and program launchesfor the region + Implement initiatives to improveadoption and usage of digital program tools, such as the partner portal, positioning and reinforcing it as a value-added program benefit + Managecompliance and legal requirementsof the channel program, ensuring deployment and renewal of program agreements, channel contracts, partner due diligence and vetting + Drive adoption ofchannel-facing marketing processes, such as the MDF and promotions submission/review + Represent channel at customer-facing functions, including channel partner summits and other events + Partner with channel excellence and regional commercial teams to ensure partner POS and inventory data reporting + Lead and develop a distributed team of Channel Excellence Specialists in Europe **Key skills and qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college + Demonstrated long-term experience in marketing, sales, commercial operations or excellence + Experience and strong track-record in driving channel partner collaboration + Strong interest to generate commercial growth in complex business environments and large matrix organizations, with the ability to influence executive leaders and build consensus across various functional groups + Very good leadership skills and experience in managing, coaching and motivating high performing teams + Critical & multi-level thinking (from strategic to tactical) + Full proficiency in English, with additional proficiency in another European language **Our Benefits** + Thorough induction at a leading global company + Flexible and modern working environment with individual development and training opportunities + Versatile area of responsibility and excellent career prospects + Working with latest technologies and tools + A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovation in an international work environment + Attractive salary and vacation package We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
