Channel Activations & Innovations Manager

Overall Objectives

The Channel Activations & Innovations Manager plays a pivotal role in driving engagement and innovation across our sales channels. This position is responsible for orchestrating seamless activations, managing member communities, and supporting the HVAC Business Department in achieving strategic brand visibility, sales and distribution goals for both the Commercial AC (CAC) and Residential AC (RAC) products

Key Responsibilities

Engage various HVAC Industry key stakeholders – Organizations, Consultants, Dealers and End Users – to build the Midea AC Brand through event sponsorships, activations, trainings, workshops, trips promotional activities and channel initiatives. Lead the registration, renewal, and ongoing engagement of Midea Club members. Foster a vibrant community through personalized outreach and value-driven interactions.

Lead the development of HVAC and channel strategies and initiatives to engage and win with HVAC key partners and customers. Design and deliver impactful events, workshops, training sessions, activations and initiatives tailored for club members. Ensure each activation aligns with business objectives and enhances member experience.

Maintain consistent and compelling communication via newsletters, email campaigns, and social media. Craft messages that resonate with members and reinforce brand loyalty.

Partner with the sales team to amplify HVAC and NHVAC product visibility, project leads and generate project wins through channel and club-driven initiatives. Align channel and club activities with broader commercial goals to maximize market penetration.

Generate Industry and Market Insights from various industry stakeholders, translating these into actionable strategies to help the AC and Commercial Sales Team and win in the market.

Collect, analyze, and act on member feedback to continuously refine activations, channel initiatives and club offerings. Translate insights into actionable strategies that elevate member satisfaction and business impact.

Generate regular reports detailing activation, channel initiative and club activity metrics, membership trends, and event outcomes. Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance future activations.
