(Quantities, schedule, inclusions, exclusions, etc.)Attend negotiation meetings with the project staff and Owner and assist with proposal analysis presentationAttend job meetings and visit the job site to obtain first-hand knowledge of the change order scopeFinalize T&M records, including collating and pricing T&M work, as well as preparation of cost proposals for submission to the clientAssist with change order negotiations and finalize agreed upon terms, conditions, and priceAssist with purchasing and definition of subcontractor/ vendor agreements scope of workREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management similar from an accredited institutionSeven (7) or more years of experience in the construction industry with an emphasis on estimating. Ability to understand construction documents and develop scopes of workWorking knowledge of take-off / estimating software a plusExperience with Government projects a plusMust understand fundamentals of contracting and have familiarity with large scale projects.Superior communication and interpersonal skills such as tact, diplomacy, influence, etc. are essential.Must be a business-oriented person.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word primarily)Working knowledge of take-off software or similar a plusExcellent written and verbal skills
