Your Key Responsibilities
Design project specific Roll-out i.e. Change, Communication and Training approach
Collaborate closely with our Digital Transformation Managers and Product Owners on HQ level during the preparation and implementation of digitalization projects
Create communication materials and distribute them via different internal channels
Develop and organize training curriculum for new software solutions and arrange the creation of related training material
Drive country rollouts and operational readiness in collaboration with the Areas
Support definition and implementation of regional roll-out & change roadmap in alignment with the overall Digital Transformation strategy
Support development and improvement of Roll-out framework for Digital Program’s projects
Ensures operational readiness down to areas level
Identify digitalization demand within the overall Region
Your Qualifications Successfully completed international studies in e.g. change management, business administration, psychology, economics, business IT or comparable educationExperience in delivering organizational changes or change driven projects
Understanding of any change management methodology and internal communication practice
Change management certification APMG, PROSCI or/and similar (beneficial)
Experience in stakeholder management incl. definition of communication activities
Understanding of corporate IT and systems like Salesforce, SAP Commerce Cloud or S/4HANA beneficial
Fluent in English spoken and written in addition with willingness to travel, German is beneficial
