Responsibilities
As a Change Manager, you’ll be at the heart of delivering meaningful change — guiding people and teams through change that really matters. Working across a diverse portfolio of projects, you’ll ensure change management is not just an afterthought, but a core part of how we plan and deliver success.
You’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, getting under the surface of how change will affect people and what they need to make it work. With that insight, you’ll shape and deliver clear, creative, and practical change management strategies — from compelling communications to impactful training and support plans.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the front, securing buy-in and building momentum. Most importantly, you’ll put the right tools and approaches in place to make sure change sticks — embedding new ways of working that last and make a real difference.
About you:
We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled in change management, but passionate about making a real difference. You’ll be a confident communicator and natural collaborator — someone who builds trust, brings people with them, and thrives on working across teams and functions.
You will have a strong understanding of how people experience change, you'll combine empathy with clear strategy to deliver practical, human-centred solutions. You’ll need to be comfortable working in uncertain environments, adapting plans while maintaining clarity of purpose. You will need to have initiative and a proactive attitude to overcome challenges and maintain momentum in complex change programmes.
If you’re curious, resilient, and excited by the opportunity to shape how we work and deliver impact, we’d love to hear from you.
