We currently have an opportunity for a Change Manager. Join our Government Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in leading organisational change initiatives that drive employee adoption, minimise disruption, and maximise the long-term benefits of strategic transformation projects. Reporting to General Manager Operational Transformation, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Lead the delivery of change management activities using a structured yet flexible approach, including the creation and execution of change management plans to support key transformation initiatives.Drive stakeholder engagement and communications, tailoring messaging to various audiences and ensuring alignment and support for change across all levels of the organisation.Assess change impact and readiness, identifying risks, potential resistance, and mitigation strategies to support smooth adoption and minimise disruption.Collaborate with project and HR teams to design and deliver training, coaching, and communication programs that support employee transition and capability building.Develop and track success metrics, including establishing a benefits realisation framework to measure and sustain the long-term outcomes of the transformation.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience leading large-scale change using structured methodologies like PROSCI, ideally in agile environments.Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at all levels.Strategic and adaptable mindset with a proactive and outcome-focused approach.Solid business acumen and understanding of organisational dynamics and commercial drivers.Hands-on change delivery expertise across planning, communications, training, and benefits realisation.
