Main Responsibilities:

Unit Change Manager ensures the Unit’s project portfolio is prioritized according to the Unit’s strategic targets and business needs, and that the Unit’s teams have the needed capacity and capability to deploy the change projects successfully. 
• Apply change management processes and tools to support adoption to change
• Define connection between the people side of change and realizing benefits
• Integrate change management activities into project plan
• Support design, development, and delivery of communication activities
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
• Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training activities
• Coach and train stakeholder groups such as, sponsors, people managers, project teams in how to handle the people side of change
• Coach fellow change management practitioners
• Support and engage senior leaders
• Evaluate and ensure organizational readiness
• Keep updated with latest tools and way of working within change management
• Complete change management assessments
• Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance
• Create actionable change management deliverables such as: communications plan, communication story, impact analysis, role-based impact, from-to analysis, reinforcement plan, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan etc. 
• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
• Manage stakeholders
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Manage the change portfolio

Competence & qualification requirements:
1. A bachelor's degree or above 
2. Good command of English in both written and spoken communication
3. 10+ years of SAP user experience, SAP business analytics/solution owner is preferred
4.  A PMP/IPMP certificate or equivalent
5. Be familiar with Agile management and leadership
6. A proven track record of delivery of supply chain level process change management projects
7. Digtalization & automation capability is preferred, e.g. Power Platform
8. A Lean & 6 Sigma practitioner, GB is preferred
9. Excellent communication skill
10. Strong collaboration and team working skills
11. Aggressive and proactive
12. Critical thinking
13. Crisis and conflicts management skills
14. Virtual team management, enpowerment and inspiration skill
15. Think and act digitally
