Your new role

As an OCM Student Worker, you will play a key role in ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the RTSM/IWRS ART team and stakeholders worldwide. You will be an integral member of the Agile Product Development Team, contributing to impactful change management initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Planning and driving organisational change management (OCM) activities in collaboration with other ART team members.

- Assessing and improving the communication toolbox to enhance stakeholder engagement.

- Collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure changes are communicated effectively.

- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjusting plans as necessary.

You will work closely with the RTSM/IWRS ART team, including the product owner, scrum master, subject matter experts, end users, and colleagues from other clinical system teams. Additionally, you will liaise with external software vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

 

Your new  department

The RTSM/IWRS ART team is an integral part of the Collaboration Agile Release Train, tasked with overseeing the RTSM and IWRS systems that manage randomization and clinical trial supplies for Novo Nordisk’s clinical studies. Based at our headquarters, we engage with stakeholders globally, including hospitals and affiliates. Our team excels in a dynamic and collaborative environment, striving to enhance communication with users and stakeholders regarding system changes, upgrades, and initiatives. We actively seek to capture and address stakeholder feedback to improve our processes.

 

Your skills & qualifications

The candidate should have the following or developing qualifications:

-Strong understanding of organizational change management processes, methodologies, and tools.

-Proven experience in organizational change management, including leading projects, crafting change communications, and designing training programs to facilitate change initiatives.

-Comfortable working in agile environments and adept at thriving in situations of constant change.

-A background in the clinical domain is a plus; we encourage Master’s students in Communication, Organizational Behavior, Business Administration, or related fields to apply, as well as Bachelor-level students with relevant experience.

-Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English.
