Job Description

This is a fixed-term contract for two years, based in the Netherlands.

OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to lead the design and execution of Change Management strategies and initiatives in support of Procurement’s main change programs.

In particular, the role will focus on the implementation of global programs such as Category Compass, Procurement Data 360 & Analytics upgrade, BuyEasy@Takeda.

  

ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Design and orchestrate a Change Management roadmap for the key global initiatives (e.g. BuyEasy@Takeda; PAH relaunch; Category Compass; etc) using a recognized Change Management methodology (e.g. ADKAR or AIM),  

Collaborate closely with Regional Procurement and Business Leadership Teams to align OCM strategies with broader business objectives  

Define critical OCM success metrics and regularly assess progress to ensure seamless implementation and sustained value realization 

Drive adoption of Data & Digital tools and ways of working by: 

Performing stakeholder analysis & mapping to identify target audiences, key influencers and potential resistance points 

Assessing change impacts on people, processes, systems and behaviours  

Conducting and managing change readiness assessments 

Designing and actioning engagement plans that foster awareness, desire and commitment to the new ways of working  

Conducting training needs analysis, develop and execute training plans  

Launch and manage change networks or “local champions,” ensuring on-the-ground advocacy and feedback loops 

Identifying critical success behaviours and applying behaviour design interventions that reinforce the desired way of working 

Developing sustainment plans and implement adoption metrics to monitor progress and refine interventions 

Support communications activities (e.g. leadership comms, workshops, roadshows, townhalls etc), including development of materials in powerpoint / sharepoint etc)  

Prepare executive ready presentations to explain the Change Management progress and conduct read-outs on the progress with the project team and stakeholders 

Lead the enhancement and evolution of the Procurement CoE’s organizational change management tools & frameworks 

Provide coaching and hands-on guidance to Procurement CoE members, embedding OCM best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning 

EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS  

Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Organizational behavior, Business Management, or other degree with relevant Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience 

Minimum of 11 years’ experience and knowledge of training principles, methodologies and tools 

Change Management certification (e.g. PROSCI, ACMP) 

Experienced in well recognized Change Management methodologies 

Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken 

At least 5 years’ relevant work experience in OCM.   

Experience in working for a multinational company on large and complex global transformations. 

Strong preference of having Change Management experiences in digitalization within Procurement 

Highly proficient with Microsoft tools, including Excel, Power Point, Teams, Sharepoint 

Ability to influence without authority (this role is an individual contributor role)
