Hybrid way of working

Activities

Develop and implement comprehensive change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies and training plans.

Partner with business units, compliance, HR and IT to ensure smooth implementation of change initiatives to integrate change management activities into project plans.

Develop and implement KPIs to measure and monitor the effectiveness of change initiatives and adjust strategies as required.

Conduct impact assessments and identify change risks and mitigation strategies.

Design and deliver effective communication campaigns to support change initiatives on both transition and transformation projects.

Ensure change initiatives comply with financial regulations and internal risk frameworks.

Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support change adoption.

Acts as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on change risks, mitigation strategies, and cultural alignment.

Candidate Profile

Degree in Business, Communication, Organizational Development, or related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles.

Certification in change management methodologies is a plus.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Experience with digital transformation or ERP implementations (SAP, MBC, Sage, Netsuite) is an advantage.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
