Job Description

Main Purpose of Role:

Provide end-to-end support for internal change communications initiatives critical to Global Business Services (GBS) employee engagement and enablement. 

Role Accountabilities:

Prepare presentations, emails, and other documents relevant to assigned change engagements

Create engaging multimedia content in support of the GBS Global Engagement Strategy and related stakeholder communications

Functional/Business skills 

Microsoft Office applications

Experience with ClickUp, Canva, Video and/or Associated Press (AP) writing style preferred

Essential Knowledge / Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in communications, change management or similar discipline

•Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills; attention to detail

•Ability to work through challenging situations or complex problems to achieve goal

•Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, including providing stakeholder updates and communications

•Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse set of colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
