Responsible for managing all aspects of IT change and release management. The goal of this area is to safeguard our large IT landscape while facilitating change deployments. **A day in the life...** + Coaching of Assignment groups in the regions/markets/business partners on compliance to Operation Center, Change, and Release management process standards. + Deliver induction and refresher training for IT change, and release management best practices ensuring all Nestle IT support teams comply with up-to-date standards. + Support ITSM workflows on ServiceNow and SAP transport management operations. + Convene Advisory Boards (eg CAB) and IT Freeze Boards. + Lead and participate in global change and release team activities and continuous improvement initiatives, such as but not limited to SOP reviews and other targeted workgroups. + Work closely with the Global functional Product Manager and other regional teams to ensure Global alignment, objectives and vision. + Undertake post change and post release reviews as part of the problem management/solving process; Analyse KPI trends and propose improvement initiatives where applicable to ensure continuous improvement (e.g., Measures, GSTD, DMAIC). + Be a trusted consultant for all matters related to Change & Release Management for the business, vendors and technical teams. **What will make you successful** + Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar is a plus. + 4+ years of experience in IT Change and Release management. + 2+ years of experience working with SAP Transportation Management System (TMS) + 2+ years of technical experience in SAP CHARM (Solution Manager) + 2+ years of technical experience in ServiceNow + Experience working with SAP technology (e.g. ABAP, Java, HANA). + Understand risk management methodology e.g. ISMS (ISO 27001). + Ability to develop effective working relationships with peers and management internationally, in other areas of the IS/IT organization and in Business Streams. + Ability to work in a technical environment, supporting customers of varying skill levels and backgrounds, and ability to translate technical aspects into simple terms. + Technical understanding about Data Centre infrastructure, basic system engineering principles, architecture standards, information risk and security. + Work with stakeholders based in various time zones, flexibility is essential as you participate in calls and activities outside of standard business hours and weekends. + Nestle offers flexible working hours that enabling you on how to get your job done and will help you balance your work with your personal commitments. **Join us!** Show us that you are an enthusiastic, curious, fast learner and a team player person who is used to working with agile practices.
