Support the growth of Level Instruments' business by turning Level into a pillar business unit of Measurement Solutions. Implement growth programs defined by the Business Unit through the MSOL Southern Cone Sales and Marketing Organization. Success in this role is largely measured by the performance of the product line
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will:
Drive Level Instruments Business growth:Develop and implement short- and long-term business strategies and objectives for Level Instruments product lines (process radars, level switches, controllers, magnetic level indicators, autonomous tank monitoring, etc.) across different industries. Coordinate activities to ensure sufficient focus on product lines for the sales channel.
Manage the Product Line:Product tiering and positioning, portfolio management. Monitor volume and price/discount trends closely; develop pricing programs. Deliver new product launches created by the Product Group to the region. Ensure that regional plans are understood and supported by Sales and Service, and that everyone is clear on their roles and deliverables for the plan. Monitor pricing and play a role in the Discount Authority (DoA) process. Follow up on product profitability and educate the Sales Force in level management to maximize price and profitability.
Provide support to the measurement solutions sales organization:Conduct sales trainings; value propositions, promotional material, best practices, etc. Utilize and promote the use of sales tools among the Sales Force. Develop competitive displacement strategies and tools. Prepare and conduct presentations for clients; participate in client events, attend trade shows and regional events, etc. Ensure that collateral material (QBR, Proven Results, etc.) originated by MSOL is known by the Sales Force and has adequate visibility and is available through the right channels. Engage with the Sales Channel and Clients by creating documents, summaries, and presentations at events. Ensure that all Level Instruments opportunities (both direct and from sales channels) are correctly loaded and updated in CRM. Define and implement marketing strategies through analysis of sales data and current competitive positioning. Recommend a pricing policy consistent with profit and volume objectives. Assist with coordination of product or industry trade shows.
Identify growth opportunities: applications, markets, technologies:Market research for product lines (market segmentation, sizes, participation rates, growth rates, etc.) Coordinate local marketing initiatives with global and Latin American marketing initiatives. Support national planning initiatives. Actively communicate regional needs to the Measurement Solutions sales and marketing organization. The secondary role is generating material when the region requires specific customization of marketing deliverables. Be an active member and support the continuous development of the product marketing team.
Actively drive and support cross-product activities:Wireless, Safety/SIS, Industry, Instrument Consulting, Global Marketing Leaders (GML) Initiatives, Global Sales Leaders (GSL) Initiatives, etc.
Have other responsibilities, which will be assigned by the entity and Business Unit:Support Quality System Inform the channel of issues when appropriate, including coordinate recalls and CAR holds. Participate in the POR (financial reporting) and S&OP (demand forecasting) processes and provide information and monitor results against forecast. Maintain a positive image of Measurement Solutions with clients and peers. Attend all mandatory trainings provided by the company, such as those related to Trade Compliance, Human Resources, Legal and/or corporate regulations, and may also be a reference in these matters if required.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electronics or similar
Five (5) years of industry experience in Sales or marketing of instrumentation.
Prior experience in level measurement is essential.
Language: English is mandatory for frequent contacts with factories in other areas of the world.
