Job Summary:
+ The role of CG Sales Support Consultant is to provide commercial sales support activities and execution of service growth initiatives for CAT CG Parts and generating recommendations that contribute to both the short-term and long-term initiatives and ultimately support the achievement of business plan
+ This includes assisting Sales Execution personnel and dealers with product application, and quotation support. Work on a team with other Sales Support Engineers who perform the same role for their assigned regions. The incumbent manages the completion of work assignments and coordinates closely with Outside Sales to support the Dealers commercial inquiries
Specific responsibilities:
+ Parts Sales Management of CG Product
+ Parts Offer management (Identification, order and delivery support)
+ External Supplier Parts Order Management
+ Ensure Internal and Export compliance Controls
+ Pricing Level Management for New and existing dealers
+ Process Sales Variance Business cases processing (Special Price requests and commercial support programs to enable richer and longer Customer Value Agreement
+ Track performance of Sales Variance programs supporting Customer Value Agreement
+ Performing sales variance contract administration support and issues resolution
+ Setup new or update existing Business partners (CAT Dealers) on SAP
+ Support CAT dealer price discount annual review
+ Support to non-standard Aftermarket process
What you’ll do:
+ Interact with Product Support and Customer Service teams to recognize which aftermarket products should be offered based on dealer or customer RFQ
+ Develop Sales Quote and Proposals
+ As quotes become Sales Order, create the Order Entry Documentation necessary to facilitate the handover to Order Fulfillment teams
+ Process and keep records of Sales Variance programs agreed with dealers
Basic Requirements:
+ Must be complete a 4-year accredited university/college Engineering, Management, Marketing, or equivalent program
Desired Qualification:
+ Good communication, leadership, interpersonal, influence and collaboration skills
+ Demonstrated technical and non-technical aptitudes
+ Demonstrated ability to work independently and interact with cross functional teams
**Candidates successful in this role have the following demonstrated skills:**
+ Intermediate proficiency in gas electric power generator
+ Familiarity with SAP MRP and MDG Tcodes
**Additional Information:**
+ This position is in Mannheim, Germany
+ This position is likely to require less than 5% travel
