CFSP Business Ops Associate

With a mission to drive healthcare forward, IQVIA combines deep domain expertise with powerful data and technology to help clients improve patient outcomes and accelerate innovation. **Position Summary** The CFSP Business Ops Associate will be responsible for providing financial accounting support across a portfolio of CFSP models and contracts. This role requires close collaboration with operational teams and a proactive approach to financial oversight, contract compliance, and performance management. **Essential Functions** + Support operational teams (DLMs, ROLs, etc.) and maintain guidance tools. + Manage revenue recognition and backlog phasing for all projects under the client portfolio. + Oversee invoicing for fees and expenses; ensure timely payments and investigate aged debt. + Conduct monthly reviews and analysis of project performance, variances, and contract opportunities. + Monitor compliance with contract terms and ensure operational alignment. + Collaborate with Contracts, Legal, and Strategic Pricing teams. + Prepare and participate in monthly and operational reviews. + Identify and address financial and contractual issues proactively. + Maintain and control project profitability and operational efficiency through value-add analysis. + Partner with Operational Excellence Lead and Model Alliance Lead for consistent messaging. + Manage contract change processes, including pricing, documentation, and client negotiations. + Support business review deliverables (e.g., Supply vs Demand, Volatility reporting). + Ensure timely delivery of customer and internal reporting requirements. **Qualifications** + Typically requires 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or project management. + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. **Skills Required** + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. + High attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with PeopleSoft preferred. + Positive attitude and ability to work across all levels of staff. + Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic work environment. **Why Join IQVIA?** + Work with a global leader in healthcare innovation. + Collaborate with diverse teams on impactful projects. + Access to professional development and career growth opportunities. + Be part of a mission-driven organization improving patient outcomes worldwide.
