Job Summary: Seeking a strategic CFO to lead financial operations and ensure long-term sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability.Provide financial forecasting and long-term planning.Financial Operations & Management:
Oversee accurate financial reporting and compliance.Manage cash flow and optimize financial performance.Risk Management & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and strong internal controls.Leadership & Team Management:
Mentor the finance team and foster interdepartmental collaboration.Investment & Fundraising:
Evaluate investment opportunities and lead fundraising efforts.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years in senior financial roles; CPA or CFA is a plus.Strong leadership and communication skills.Why Join Us?
