Job Summary: Seeking a strategic CFO to lead financial operations and ensure long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement strategies for growth and profitability.Provide financial forecasting and long-term planning.

Financial Operations & Management:

Oversee accurate financial reporting and compliance.Manage cash flow and optimize financial performance.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and strong internal controls.

Leadership & Team Management:

Mentor the finance team and foster interdepartmental collaboration.

Investment & Fundraising:

Evaluate investment opportunities and lead fundraising efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years in senior financial roles; CPA or CFA is a plus.Strong leadership and communication skills.
