Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; a master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or nonprofit management is preferred. • Minimum of six years of leadership experience in nonprofit financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and audits. • Proven expertise in managing government contracts and regulatory compliance processes. • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact tactfully and respectfully with diverse stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with staff, vendors, consultants, and board members. • Familiarity with City and County of San Francisco contracts and state-level funding mechanisms. • Proficiency in financial systems, budgeting tools, and forecasting methodologies. • Experience in presenting financial data to boards and senior leadership teams.
