Salary Mid-Point: $210,000 Location: South Hills of PA Job Type: Permanent IFG Pittsburgh is actively recruiting for a CFO responsible for leading financial strategy, long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting in close coordination with executive leadership and the board. This role oversees all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, risk management, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities of the CFO Perform financial strategy and planning in collaboration with executive leadership team and board of directors to include financial goal planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling. Responsible for financial management and reporting through oversight of all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and internal controls. Develop financial policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations, promote accountability and transparency and ensure adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or other applicable accounting standards. Lead financial risk management by identifying and assessing financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate risks, including managing liquidity and overseeing investments. Responsible for the audit and compliance serving as the liaison with external auditors during the annual audit process. Provide strategic decision support through financial analysis, projections, evaluations and economic feasibility studies and make recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications of the CFO Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA or CMA highly desirable 6+ years of leadership experience of a multi entity not for profit in health and human services Experience with grant and restricted fund compliance, reporting and accounting Familiarity with ID
