Description We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a leading professional services organization based in New York, New York. This role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee financial operations, implement efficient processes, and drive profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial leadership within professional services firms. Responsibilities: • Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement data-driven financial models and cash management strategies. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and capital management processes to optimize financial performance. • Drive operational excellence by improving processes, scaling operations, and managing financial teams effectively. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high standards in auditing and reporting. • Manage accounting functions, including oversight of accounting software systems and tools. • Monitor and analyze cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for business operations. Requirements • At least 10 years of finance and account experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role. • Proven ability to work collaboratively with leadership teams to achieve financial results. • Strong expertise in financial modeling, cash management, and data-driven decision-making. • Demonstrated success in improving processes, scaling financial operations, and leading teams. • Familiarity with accounting software systems and tools • Proficiency in auditing, budgeting, and capital management. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with effective communication abilities.
