How will you make an impact in this role?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting back-office functions, processing and resolving various operational cases, and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of requests. This role plays a critical part in maintaining seamless operational flow and supporting frontline teams by ensuring the back-end processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Process, investigate, and resolve a wide variety of operational cases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Coordinate and execute back-end fulfillment activities related to customer or internal requests (e.g., order processing, data entry, system updates, documentation handling). Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, errors, or process gaps; provide regular insights to management. Identify opportunities to streamline or improve back-office workflows and contribute to ongoing process optimization initiatives. Liaise with customer service, Compliance and other lines of business to resolve complex cases or issues efficiently. Ensure all activities comply with internal standards, operational guidelines, and relevant regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of all cases, transactions, and interactions in internal systems or databases.

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 1–3 years of experience in a back-office, operations, or case-handling role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and comfortable working with internal tools / systems. Ability to work independently.
