**Overview** **Position:** Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist **Location:** Wilmington, DE (Goldey Beacom College) **Type of Employment:** Full-time **Schedule:** Weekdays/Weekends, Hours vary **Compensation:** Starting at $48,000/Yr, commensurate with experience **NovaCare Rehabilitation** is actively seeking a passionate, driven Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be working at Goldey Beacom College to support and develop the Goldey Beacom College Athletics through individual and team programs. This is a great opportunity to work in the D-II collegiate setting with an outstanding Sports Medicine Team made up of Athletic Trainers, Sports Physical Therapists and a Sports Medicine Physician on-site.
