**Job Title: certified solderer**
**Job Description**
The solderer will be responsible for inspecting and preparing electrical panels and circuit boards according to the provided documentation and drawings. This role requires precision and attention to detail in a cleanroom environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Inspect and prepare electrical panels and circuit boards as per related documentation and drawings.
+ Trim and form leaded parts with accuracy.
+ Perform PCB masking using liquid mask and Kapton tape.
+ Carry out PCB depanelization using manual and automated singulation tools.
+ Fill out production documentation correctly.
+ Communicate effectively with Cell Team Leaders regarding parts shortages and issues.
+ Manually apply epoxy, conformal coating, and RTV following documentation and drawings.
+ Engage in final assembly and/or pack and ship as required.
+ Rotate between different workstations and cells as needed.
+ Complete hour-by-hour forms or other documentation for cycle time/performance analysis when required.
+ Assemble, inspect, and prepare complex multilevel builds including wire diagrams and torque specifications.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in production, general labor, and general production.
+ Proficiency in conformal coating and assembly.
+ Ability to operate production assembly circuit board machinery and perform masking.
+ Skilled in PCB assembly and machine operation.
+ Competency in inspection and understanding blueprints.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school education or equivalent.
+ Ability to read and understand assembly documentation.
+ Manual dexterity.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work well in a team environment.
+ Capability to lift up to 20 lbs.
+ IPC-A-610 certification preferred, but not required.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
