Summary

New hires starting in July 2025 onwards will receive a $75,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment!

Starting in July 2025, hourly rate for CRNAs is $106/hr (equivalent to $220,480 annually) with opportunities for additional compensation with pay differentials and bonuses. LifeBridge Health has a comprehensive benefits package including 6+ weeks of PTO, 8 holidays, $2,000 annual reimbursement for CME, up to $30,000 in employer retirement contributions, and health benefits (medical, dental, vision, and more). After 3 years, you will receive a $15,000 annual retention bonus until your 10th anniversary, and $20,000 annual retention bonus from your 11th anniversary onwards.

No home call is required; weekend and night shifts are infrequent.

Base Rate = $106.00 / hour
Weeknights = Base Rate plus $30.00 / hour
Weekend Days = Base Rate plus $30.00 / hour
Weekend Nights = Base Rate plus $40.00 / hour
Additional Shift Overtime Rate = no less than $200.00 / hour


LifeBridge Metropolitan Anesthesia was formed to provide general, pediatric, and cardiac anesthesia services at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore as well as other care centers within the greater Baltimore region. Sinai Hospital is located in the northwestern section of Baltimore City by the Pimlico Racetrack, home of the Preakness Festival.

Sinai Hospital is a full-service non-profit acute care hospital providing a wide array of medical and surgical services to its patients. Sinai Hospital is a Level II Trauma Center and a teaching hospital with residency programs in general surgery, orthopedic surgery, ophthalmology, obstetrics and gynecology, internal medicine, pediatrics and physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Surgical services include general surgery, general/subspecialty orthopedic surgery, general/subspecialty gynecology, neurosurgery, obstetrics, pediatrics, cardiac, thoracic, spine, dental, ophthalmologic, oncological, trauma, and robotic surgery.

 

Licensure Requirement: MBON CRNA and BLS required.
